According to applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. So if the product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple return wizard. For customers in Poland, the wizard allows you to send us a return package via InPost Parcel Locker. Customers outside Poland need to send the return at their own expense using a courier or postal service of their choice.

2 Send the Package Place the packed goods along with the return document into a box and seal it well. Customers in Poland can send the package via any InPost Parcel Locker. Customers outside Poland need to arrange shipping at their own expense.
3 Refund You will receive a refund within 14 days from the receipt of your return.

  • Log in to your account, and then in the returns panel select the goods you would like to return;

  • In the next steps, choose the return by clicking on the option “I will use the store's shipments” (for customers in Poland) or “I will send the return at my own expense” (for customers outside Poland), and select the form in which you want to receive the refunded money;

  • Generate return documents along with address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document;

  • Place the packed goods along with the return document into a box intended for shipment and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the ordered goods. Customers in Poland can go to any InPost Parcel Locker, where they will send the package quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Remember that the package dimensions cannot exceed 41 x 38 x 64 cm and a weight of 25 kg. Customers outside Poland need to send the package using their preferred shipping method at their own expense.

  • We will refund the money, in the form selected in the return wizard, within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Usually, it takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide proof of its return.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right to withdraw from the contract and does not limit it in any way.
